EduCreator Collaboration Agreement

1. Purpose & Scope

By participating as an EduCreator, you agree to collaborate with Clan to develop and distribute educational content hosted on the Clan platform. This includes submitting scripts, videos, or audio for the purpose of repurposing them into short-form educational materials.

2. Content Submission & Repurposing

We respect your creative control. No content or video series will be uploaded or published without your explicit consent for each specific piece or series.

Repurposing activities may include:

• Reformatting and editing.
• Trimming and subtitling.
• Converting content into short-form learning assets.

3. Avatar & Voice Rights

To scale your educational reach, you grant Clan a limited, non-exclusive license to use a custom or AI-generated avatar of your likeness.

4. Distribution Rights

Clan holds the right to host and distribute the agreed-upon content ONLY on the Clan platform.

We will not publish your content (original or avatar-based) on third-party channels like YouTube or Instagram without your written approval.

5. Monetization & Revenue Sharing

Payments are remitted within 30 days of revenue generation. You can access payment reports anytime via your dashboard.

6. Ownership & Attribution

You retain full ownership of all original content submitted, including your likeness, avatar, and voice identity. Clan is granted a limited license solely for the platform use described above.

All content, including avatar-generated versions, will be clearly attributed to you.

7. Confidentiality & Termination

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased content and business plans.

This agreement can be terminated mutually. Upon termination, all repurposed content and avatars will be removed from the platform at your request, and no further use of your likeness or voice will occur.
